General Information Notice on the Protection of Personal Data
Data Controller
Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data are processed in accordance with the Law by AVA Life Yapı Limited Şirketi (“AVA Life” or the “Company”), acting as the data controller.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data are processed for the purposes of emergency management, information security, human resources processes (employee and candidate selection, placement, satisfaction, performance, career development, wage and fringe benefits management), occupational health and safety practices, and the fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations; as well as for finance and accounting operations, audit and ethics activities, training organizations, access authorization management, ensuring physical premises security, communication activities, customer relations and satisfaction processes, sales, marketing, advertising and campaign activities, procurement of goods and services and after-sales support processes, organization and event management, risk and investment management, storage and archiving activities, strategic planning, monitoring and handling of requests and complaints, creation and monitoring of visitor records, and the execution of management activities.
Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected based on the legal grounds stipulated under the KVKK, including “explicitly stipulated in laws”, “being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”, “necessity for the Company to fulfill its legal obligations”, “necessity for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right”, “being made public by the data subject”, and “the legitimate interests of the Company provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed”, or based on your explicit consent where required.
Within this scope, data are obtained in physical or electronic environments through job application and customer information forms, documents submitted to the Company, written and electronic communication channels (mail, e-mail, call center), the website, social media platforms, mobile applications, corporate communication accounts and devices, company information systems, security cameras, biometric systems used only by authorized personnel, and systems such as GPS, OGS, and TTS located in company vehicles.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes stated above and only to the extent required by the relevant activities, with real persons or private legal entities, shareholders, authorized public institutions and organizations, suppliers, business partners, and group companies. Data transfer activities are carried out in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation.
Rights of the Data Subject under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding your rights related to your personal data to our Company. In this context, you may submit your applications;
